Happy Tuesday Everyone! Just updating quickly....after emotionally throwing up on my blog via my last post, I completely forgot to mention about my cross-training that I did last Friday!
My parents have been attending a Zumba class and they made me come with them. I definitely didn't hesitate because I couldn't wait to laugh at my parents participation! If you know my mom and dad, you know what I'm talking about.
I have to say, it was a GREAT time. The music was fast, the instructor was upbeat and it was an hour long dance session...and we all know how I love to dance! I was sore the next day, in a great way. I am not sure if I will go to another class with my parents because towards the end I was laughing more than I was exercising, but I will definitely check one out closer to where I live!
